Arcdive loves research

And we really love archival media and the texture it brings to a new project. Take this photo of the woman in the purple dress, for instance. If you had the budget and the time (plus a vintage tram and the permits), you could restage it, reshoot it and add a 1970s filter. But it would never quite capture that sense of time and place. It wouldn’t feel the same. Arcdive helps you find authentic, evocative and affordable archival content for use in your project (this image can be licensed for free). Whatever you are working on, we thrive on sourcing that perfect shot, image, audio clip or piece of historical info to make your content pop.
